iTunes 的確是一個很好用的 media player，但最近遇到一個問題是有關 download podcasts 的，我在 iTunes help 及 Google 都找不到解決方法，希望有人可以幫到我。

最近我不知什麼原因 download podcast 途中停了，就是 CMM Podcast 最新一集《CMMP_056：至暈飯局（1）嘉賓：網誌天后 Sidekick》，只得兩分多鐘，但我找不到方法怎樣在 iTunes 再 download 這集 podcast，right-click 它又沒有選項再 download，最後我嘗試 delete 這集 podcast 再 update feed，但都不能出現 56 集，我估計是因為我已經讀取這 feed，所以不再更新了。

究竟有什麼方法解決這問題？還有使用 Windows 版 iTunes 的朋友，我在 iTunes 中 check update 說有 7.0.1 版本 download，但在 Apple 的網頁 download 及安裝後發現並不是 7.0.1 版本，究竟在那裡可以下載 Windows 版 iTunes 7.0.1？
