天佑的自由天地

最近 Habari 的開發火速進行中，由 Michael Heilemann 設計的 Monolith dashboard 介面由 branch merge 了到 trunk 中，Habari community 內很多朋友 submit 了很多 patches 令到 Monolith 介面能在 trunk 中運行無誤，最近數個星期的 commits 的數量簡直是破紀錄的多。

而由小弟開發的 PostgreSQL 支援亦已完成，Habari 由 SVN r1737 開始支援 3 個 databases，MySQL、SQLite 及 PostgreSQL。

不知不覺已經寫了 blog 三年了，在過去一年都有頗大的變化，我指是 blog 的變化，去年 8 月由 shared hosting (Dreamhost) 轉至 Virtual Private Hosting (Slicehost)，blogging platform 亦由 WordPress 轉至 Habari，亦首次涉足 Open source project - Habari 的開發，對我來說的確是一個很好的學習機會。

居然可以維持三年寫 blog，對我來說可算是一個奇跡，這是我萬萬料不到的，我起初還會想隨時會荒廢這地，而文章題材方面，最近寫 web 2.0 消息的文章少了，反而多了有關攝影的文章，幸好我的 blog 名字不是叫什麼「Tech Blog」、「網絡」，否則已經離題萬丈，寫文章我始終都是喜歡率性而為，希望以後還有機會寫後續的周年文章吧。

Habari 0.4.1 Released，這次是 bug fixes release，主要是修正在編寫文章時 (Create Entry / Page) 時，未儲存而 session expire 引致的資料遺失，和使用 SQLite 的安裝及資料庫升級問題，詳情可參考 Release Notes。

Introduction

This plugin allow you to customize the permalink structure of every content types and its corresponding comments atom feed of Habari powered blog. The following are the two predefined content types for default Habari installation.

• Entry
• Page

For the sake of consistency of content type permalink and its comments atom feed, you could choose to customize comments atom feed based on its content type permalink. If you do so, permalink of comments atom feed will become content type permalink appended with '/atom/comments'. Otherwise, you can customize it separately.

This plugin retrieve the content types dynamically. Whenever there is new content type added, that new content type will be shown in plugin configuration page.

Habari 0.4 Released，這個版本在某範疇有相當大的改進，例如新增了 media silo core plugin，支援 simple file、Viddler 和 Flickr，初步支援 Access Control List (ACL) 和 Permission 設定，改善了 SQLite 的支援，admin 可以修改留言，在 admin panel 分開了 active 和 inactive 的 plugins，改善了安裝程序（檢查相關的 PDO driver）等等，詳情可參閱 Release note 和 commit log
