I also started to use Slicehost several months ago. I used the minimum plan (US$20 per month). I selected Ubuntu as the OS, and I am using it to host a number of websites. What impressed me the most is the simple interface to apply and then manage the virtual server. The cost is also attractive when compared with other similar providers in Hong Kong.
