剛剛還在說 WordPress 2.0.6 有可能不推出之際，就在 Development blog 知道 WordPress 2.0.6 推出了，以下是這次更新。
- The aforementioned security fixes.
- HTML quicktags now work in Safari browsers.
- Comments are filtered to prevent them from messing up your blog layout.
- Compatibility with PHP/FastCGI setups.
因為這個版本修補了重要的安全漏洞，所以官方建議大家更新，雖然這個版本包含了一個新 filter 'query' 及一個新 anti-XSS function attribute_escape()，但我估計如果不是因為 security fix 的話，這個版本真的隨時不會出現。

Regarding the upgrade procedures:
No. 1. Delete /wp-admin/ folder.
No. 2. Delete /wp-includes/ folder.
No. 4. Delete all the wordpress files in the root directory where the root index.php file is found
If you proceed with No. 4., why do we need to execute No. 1. and No. 2 ? since both /wp-admin/ folder and /wp-includes/ folder reside in the root directory as well.

這個問題我知的，不過不記得寫出來，而我用的是 SVN 版本，我差不多每天更新，所以沒有這個問題的。
