Man, have you try to subscribe some photocasts produced by iPhoto 6 by Mozilla Firefox, Blogline et al?
It sounds iPhoto's RSS deviated from the standard (but I can sure feed validator cannot find the glitch), but it works in nearly all RSS readers to date, contrast to the report claimed. I cannot sure WordPress's RSS works with 100% of RSS readers around the world.
Next, iPhoto 6 can subscribe to ordinary Photocast, say Photocast from Flickr.
