電解儀器令紅白酒變陳年佳釀

在今天的都市日報的簡體文章中讀了一篇很有趣的文章,據說一個日本人田中發明了一部電解儀器,可以令普通的紅白酒在 15 秒內就變成陳年佳釀,讀後覺得非常神奇,有點好奇究竟這篇報導是不是真的呢,所以盡力搜尋一些有關的報導,但因自己不懂日文,所以只能找到一些中文及英文的報導如下:

如果這儀器真的能大量生產的話,那麼法國的有名酒莊還有立足之地嗎?雖然我本人都是支持傳統釀酒方法的,因為覺得這種化學方法改變酒的質感實在是沒有靈魂的做法,覺得和基因食物有點相像,但想到如果有家用版本的話,可以節省金錢之餘又可以喝到更好品質的酒,又實在很不錯,真是非常矛盾呢。

    It is completely different to GMO.
    If this biochemically process is similar to GMO, I can tell you the fementation in the "wine ageing" process is much more similar to GM.
    This biochemically process will not generate aromatic compounds as the fementation by microbes. It only improve the texture of wine. Thus, this process si good for common people like you and me, but not for wine appreciators. (they love to use some words like "fruity", "juicy")
